Paella, also known as Spanish Rice, is a Valencian rice dish. It is probably the most recognised local dish in Spain.
With a wide range of varieties, it can be easily found in any cafeteria or restaurant in any part of Spain though quality and price differ.
Types of pupular Paella:
1. Paella Valenciana – original Paella served with pork and seafood.
2. Paella Negra – rice cooked with squid ink and served with squid, prawn and mussles.
3. Paella Vegetaranis – hence the name, vegetarian!
