Prawn Mee (noodle) is served in clear soup made with prawn shells for its sweetness. While the shell is used to make the soup, the prawn itself is served with the noodle, which you can normally chose between rice noodle and yellow noodle or both.
Served with a dash of chili paste and other condiments such ad pork, bean sprout and kangkung (water spinach), prawn mee is
a famous Malaysian dish which can be found easily in local coffe shop.
